高溫透氣性測試儀
The high-temperature permeability tester is mainly used to test and study the permeability of investment casting shells. In view of the large and heavy specimens of aluminum-magnesium-titanium alloy shells, a large furnace structure is used to meet the simultaneous heating test of 4 specimens; the customized corundum ventilation pipe can meet the load-bearing of large-mass specimens at high temperatures without bending, and does not affect the test results.
The high-temperature permeability tester has an intelligent temperature control module to accurately measure and control the temperature, PLC controls the movement and software collects and processes data, and a digital gas flowmeter monitors in real time and automatically records data. It has the advantages of fast collection response speed, strong anti-interference ability, and low failure rate.
The high-temperature permeability tester meets the test standards such as HB5352.4-2004 Investment Casting Shell Performance Test Method Part 4: Determination of Permeability, and JB/T4153 Shell High-temperature Permeability Test Method.
Test principle of high temperature air permeability tester: heat the sample to the test temperature, keep it warm to the specified temperature distribution, and ventilate the sample at a constant pressure during the process, record the gas flow data through the sample in real time, and draw the "flow-time-temperature" curve.
Long-term working temperature: 1650℃
Heating furnace heating power: two-phase 380V, 16kW
Temperature control/constant temperature accuracy: ±1℃
Heating rate: adjustable within 0~10℃/min
Furnace temperature uniformity: ±5℃
Number of samples per furnace: 4
Equipped with digital gas flowmeter, real-time data collection, two flow rates of 0-50L/min, two flow rates of 0-200 L/min (accuracy within 0.5%F.S). Suitable flowmeters can be provided according to actual user needs.
