Guarded Hot Plate Thermal Conductivity Tester（簡稱 GHP Tester）

導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)測試儀（平板法）

The thermal conductivity tester (plate method) is mainly used to measure the thermal conductivity of refractory fibers, insulation boards, insulation bricks and other insulation materials with a temperature of 200-1300℃ and a thermal conductivity of 0.01-3.0 W/(m·K) and a variety of amorphous refractory materials.

The flat plate thermal conductivity meter meets the YB/T4130 test standard. According to the basic principle of the Fourier one-dimensional plate stable heat conduction process, it measures the heat carried away by the water in the calorimeter after the one-dimensional heat flow passes through the hot surface of the sample to the cold surface in a steady state. The heat Q is proportional to the thermal conductivity λ and inversely proportional to the temperature difference △Ｔ of the hot surface of the sample. This instrument obtains the thermal conductivity λ by measuring Q and △Ｔ.

The flat plate thermal conductivity meter equipment is mainly composed of a heating furnace, a microcomputer measurement and control system, a cooling circulating water system, a calorimeter system and a constant pressure water system.
