STR-MF1700X-A4-DC is upgraded model of STR-MF1700X-A4furnace. This model equips with two sets of MET certified temperature controllers and two B type thermocouples, the primary controller and the monitoring controller to ensure the safety. The gas route is built to allow inert gas into the chamber and the safety door lock prevents furnace door from opening by accident during operation. The furnace adopts high-quality alumina fiber bricks insulation and MoSi₂heating elements which achieve a temperature capacity of 1700°Cin the12"x12"x16"chamber. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating. 、Refractory door block must be inserted before closing door.
