Description

The 1400℃ vacuum atmosphere furnace can work under vacuum and protective atmosphere, and is widely used in heat treatment of hard alloys, ceramics, powder metallurgy materials; it can also be used for vacuum quenching, annealing, high-speed steel, alloy abrasive tops, and brazing of soft magnetic materials and heat treatment of other materials.

Design Features

Furnace shell

1、The shell is made of metal Q235 low-carbon steel, and the surface is electrostatically resistant and anti- corrosion.
2、Sturdy metal tank shell structure with low furnace surface temperature
3、Furnace door with flange type sealing structure and manual screw compression with side door way for easier operating

Refractory material

Multi-layer insulation design, composed of lightweight alumina ceramic fiber and other high-quality insulation board heat shielding backing, which does not contain asbestos components, low heat loss and low energy consumption

Heating system

1、High-quality SIC heating element installed on both sides of the furnace safely and firmly with free heat radiation heating in the furnace chamber and energy saving and high efficiency for long service life
2、Heating element on both sides (left and right) for good uniformity in the furnace
3、The silicon carbide bottom plate is used as the bearing plate, which has high mechanical strength, good thermal conductivity, and provides horizontal load bearing at the same time
